For me, self improvement podcasts are not just about “improving” one’s self, but to try and find ways to “become the best version of yourself”.

And in order to achieve that, a person needs to establish what his/her shortcomings are, find and learn of ways on how to get rid of it, and then understand how to apply said knowledge on a daily basis to achieve said transformation.

Self improvement podcasts are an effective and convenient way of trying to change for the better.

First of all, they’re practically free. You can listen to it whenever you need or want to. And there’s a never-ending amount of content out there for you to listen to.

Even if you just stick to just one podcast series, the lessons you get from it are more than enough to rewire your brain into a more positive and constructive frame of mind.

In this article, I have compiled several podcasts that focus on improving one’s self, and how to see life in a more positive light.

They had a huge impact on me, and I hope that it will also have the same effect on yours as well.
